1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SuperHired website at superhired.ai and any services provided by Supertrained LLC ("SuperHired," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use this website or engage our services.

2. What SuperHired does

SuperHired is a discovery-led hiring firm. We help companies find, evaluate, and hire people through a structured methodology that includes:

  • Discovery engagements to define the role, team dynamics, and success criteria
  • Candidate sourcing and evaluation using Work Drivers analysis
  • Paid Work Simulations using real client data
  • Job Deck preparation and candidate presentation
  • Post-placement check-ins at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days

SuperHired is not a staffing agency. We do not supply temporary workers, and we do not place candidates without completing our full discovery and evaluation process.

3. Website use

You may use this website to learn about our services, read our content, and submit inquiries. You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from this website in bulk without written permission
  • Interfere with the website's operation or other users' access

4. Candidate terms

If you are a candidate engaging with SuperHired's hiring process:

  • No cost to you. SuperHired is free for candidates. Our fee is paid entirely by the hiring company.
  • Paid Work Simulations. When you complete a Work Simulation, you are compensated between $50 and $250 depending on the role. You are paid on completion regardless of whether you advance in the process.
  • Your work belongs to you. Any work product you create during a Work Simulation remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your simulation deliverables.
  • Consent to share. We will not share your name, resume, Work Drivers profile, or simulation results with any client without your explicit consent for that specific role.
  • Feedback. You will receive feedback within five business days of any decision point, whether or not you are selected.
  • Talent network. If you join our talent network, we will contact you only when a role maps to your Work Drivers. No spam. You may opt out at any time by emailing hello@superhired.ai.

5. Client terms

If you are a company engaging SuperHired's hiring services:

  • Service agreement. All engagements are governed by a separate service agreement provided before any financial commitment. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
  • Flat-fee pricing. SuperHired charges a flat fee per engagement. Specific pricing is detailed in the service agreement and on our pricing page.
  • 120-day guarantee. If a placement does not work out within 120 days of their start date, we run a full replacement search at no additional cost. The specific terms and conditions of this guarantee are detailed in the service agreement.
  • Discovery deliverables. Materials produced during the discovery phase (including the Job Deck and candidate evaluations) are delivered to you as part of the engagement and are yours to keep regardless of whether a hire is made.
  • Candidate data. You agree to use candidate information shared by SuperHired solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for the specific role. You will not share candidate information with third parties without SuperHired's written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the SuperHired methodology, is the property of Supertrained LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

The SuperHired name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of Supertrained LLC.

7. User submissions

When you submit information through our forms (contact forms, discovery preview requests, talent network signups), you grant SuperHired permission to use that information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Provide the services you requested
  • Add you to relevant communications (with your consent)

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

8. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Linking to a third party does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Regarding our hiring services: while our methodology is designed to produce high-quality placements, we do not guarantee that any specific engagement will result in a hire. The 120-day guarantee applies only to completed placements under an active service agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supertrained LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to SuperHired in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supertrained LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of this website.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

For active service engagements, termination is governed by the separate service agreement.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
